QUALITY ASSURANCE: YOUR STANDARDS ARE OURS

Our Quality Control staff is following up on your order from the first stitching line through to final packing:

nitial inspection: check cut pieces for size and general appearance, check leather panels with logo (print, embroidery, emboss). Logo panels are checked 100%

In line inspections: check sewing quality and conformity, check that all sewing steps are performed. In general, we will perform 2 to 3 in line inspections per order

Final inspection: control all finished goods (100% check) on appearance, conformity and strength, check packing conformity While some customers fully rely on our in-house quality controllers, some may nominate third party quality controllers.
